Stoy G. and Della E. Sunday Program Support for Fruit Production Research

Eligibility

Full-time faculty members who have efforts in fruit production research and support.

Amount

$6,500 for 2024/2025 fiscal year.

Guidelines

The proposal should include:

• Proposed project with objectives and expected outcomes (2 pages maximum). Project may include the following:
  • Research work of faculty and graduate students
  • Equipment purchase and maintenance
  • Library assistance
  • Travel and field work expenses
• Brief budget and justification for the expected use of the funds within the time-frame of July 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. Funds cannot be used for faculty supplemental salary. Other personnel is permitted and will be charged the appropriate fringe amount.

Proposal Deadline

Proposals must be submitted through the InfoReady system by midnight Friday, May 10, 2024 (deadline extended).

Selection Process

Proposals will be reviewed by the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education with consultation from appropriate department heads or faculty members as needed. Preference will be given to proposals that have impact on multiple programs.
