Organization of American States (OAS) Fellowships Programs
OAS administers one of the hemisphere's largest multinational fellowships and training programs. Every year, the agency provides several hundred fellowships for graduate studies and research, fellowships for undergraduate studies at universities throughout the region, awards for specialized, short-term training at educational institutions and training centers in OAS member and observer states. USDA-Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CREES) Higher Education Multicultural Scholars Program
This is a competitive undergraduate scholarship grant program designed to increase the multicultural diversity of the food and agricultural scientific and professional workforce, and advance the educational achievement of all Americans by providing competitive grants to colleges and universities.
