The Kumar Lab at Penn State and the PA Cider Guild are excited to invite you to the 2025 PA Cider Symposium, a one-day gathering designed to connect cider makers, fruit growers, researchers, and businesses across Pennsylvania and neighboring states.

This year's symposium will feature:
- Practical symposium sessions on cider apple production, fermentation, cider styles, consumer trends, and a producer panel on marketing
- A keynote on building a cider economy by Scott Ramsey, Executive Director, Cider Association of New York
- Insight from PA leaders including Secretary Russell Redding, and Penn State College of Agriculture Dean Troy Ott.
- A cider tasting and networking reception with local producers.
- Poster sessions showcasing cutting-edge cider research
