We manage and maintain customer and business databases to ensure compliance with federal regulations and Penn State policy regarding subscription management, customer tracking requirements, and security, which ensuring they connect with organization and marketing strategy. The team is also responsible for campaign management, which includes the build and execution of email marketing campaigns, journeys, and multi-touch campaigns to ensure execution supports and aligns with marketing team goals. The result is a highly integrated CRM and campaign execution team.
