Brandon manages the Salesforce/CRM software team and is responsible for maintaining the technical and functional aspects of Penn State Extension's CRM applications (, HandsOn Connect and Zsuite) which includes requirements assessment, project management, design, development, integration, testing, documentation, and maintenance. The Salesforce enterprise application serves 650+ users, 700,000+ customer records, as well as business activity of workshops, e-commerce activity, federal participant/content reporting, and other critical business activity. Brandon also oversees the strategic implementation of HandsOn Connect volunteer management service, which manages 5,000+ Master Gardener and Master Watershed Steward volunteers and volunteer opportunities. In addition, Brandon oversees the strategic implementation of Zsuite, which manages 35,000+ member and volunteer records, 24,000+ family records, as well as appropriate youth records to align with Penn State youth policies.

Brandon joined the Ag Marketing and Communications team in December 2013 as Salesforce Administrator managing the implementation and migration for Penn State Extension. Over the years Brandon continued to manage complex projects and implement integrated solutions with Magento, Plone, Marketing Cloud, Cvent, and Edx. Brandon has since assembled a strong team of administrators and developers that continue to enhance the Salesforce platform. In March of 2018 Brandon became the official team leader of the CRM team, acquiring the title of Assistant Director of CRM Strategy and Operations. Brandon continues to use his 15 years of Salesforce experience and 6 Salesforce certifications deliver effective application solutions for educators, staff, and faculty that utilize the system.

Prior to working with the University, Brandon spent 6 years at a small tech consulting firm, Customer for Life, in Scranton, PA. Responsibilities included Administration, Training, Campaign Management, Automated Lead Generation, Drupal CMS Website Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Graphic Design, Website Administration, Social Media Setup and Marketing, and general technical support.

Originally from Scranton, PA, Brandon received his B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University in 2008.
