The Creative Services Team supports teaching, research, and extension as well as administrative and service units. The team is responsible for developing creative concepts, visuals, and copy that are consistent with brand standards and aligned with business objectives and goals to reach audiences across a wide range of channels. In addition, the team spearheads the continued development of educational publications and materials through design and editing.
Team Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, including visuals and content, to address defined marketing and business goals.
- Oversee brand management, creative direction, and the quality of final creative work across all channels, including print and digital.
- Maintain University editorial, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate printing, production, and mailing services.
- Manage photographer/videographer and photo/video resources.
- Manage educational publication process, including design, editing, production, and delivery.
- Assist with promotional item sourcing and branding.
- Manage copyright for the college and extension and field requests for permission to use our content.
- Develop and maintain how-to resources, training, and best practices.
