Provide project management leadership on complex, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and properly resourced, while also administering the college's marketing project management platform, Workfront.
The Project Management Team supports Ag Marketing and Digital Education units. The team oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of complex marketing initiatives to ensure that projects are on time, on budget, and resourced appropriately and, when appropriate, that vendor relationships are managed effectively. The team also administers a college-wide marketing project management platform, Workfront, to ensure that day-to-day work is flowing smoothly and that workflows are continually evaluated and optimized.
Team Responsibilities
- Actively plan and monitor marketing projects across the unit.
- Serve as project manager for complex/integrated projects.
- Assist faculty, educators, and staff with requests and project submissions.
- Administer and manage the project management system (Workfront).
- Actively review and streamline workflows within the project management system.
- Develop and maintain how-to resources, training, and best practices.
