Becky is a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst with the Ag Marketing and Communications team where she utilizes her prior experience as a Salesforce consultant to support Penn State Extension’s Salesforce users through trainings, business process documentation, and application configuration and testing. Extension's Salesforce enterprise application serves over 650 users, and holds 700,000+ customer records, as well as business activity of workshops, e-commerce activity, federal participant/content reporting, and other critical business activity.

Becky joined the Salesforce/CRM software team in April 2022 and is a Certified Salesforce Administrator with 11 years of professional experience.  In addition to user enablement, Becky contributes to the strategic implementation and design of complex business processes and workflow optimization. In collaboration with key stakeholders and team leads, she performs requirements gathering, salesforce configuration (accounting for integrated solutions with Magento, Plone, Marketing Cloud, Cvent and Edx), testing, release management, documentation, and end user training for various projects.

Prior to working with the University, Becky was a Business Analyst with ForeFront, a global Salesforce consulting firm based in New Jersey and worked in Program Management with several agricultural organizations prior to that. Responsibilities included Salesforce configuration, end user training, business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, client delivery, project and program management.

Originally from Jefferson County, PA, Becky received her B.S. in Ag Business Management from Penn State University in 2008.
