This Marketing Strategy Team is solely focused on extension. The team consists of strategists and coordinators, with a marketing strategy specialist and team marketing coordinator working together to support one or two extension program units. The team manages all internal stakeholder relationships and partners with program teams to facilitate the Program Development Process (PDP). This includes collaboration with internal marketing teams on product strategy and marketing strategy to increase reach, participation, and revenue for extension’s products and services.

Team Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic Program Development Process (PDP) and deliver outputs.
  • Develop and/or consult on goal-driven marketing strategies.
  • Manage the planning, implementation, and oversight of strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Build, manage, evaluate, and report on product and campaign performance.
  • Lead/guide cross-functional teams to create and maintain consumer-driven print and digital campaigns.
  • Lead market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain how-to resources, training, and best practices.
