The Web Team supports teaching, research, and extension as well as our college administrative and service support units. The team is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the web and e-commerce operations for the college, which includes key websites such as,, and This responsibility includes ensuring that all audiences have a successful and engaging web experience while maintaining a reliable technology infrastructure. This team supports almost 400 faculty, educators, and staff contributors to the web, which includes consulting, support, training, and continued development of best practices.

Team Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and implementation of college web properties, including e-commerce initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage development roadmap, information architecture, web usability, technical design, and search engine optimization strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day technical infrastructure of websites.
  • Implement web best practices (accessibility, writing, SEO, etc.).
  • Provide web content support and ongoing training to the organization.
  • Monitor and test emerging web technologies.
  • Develop and maintain how-to resources, training, and best practices.
