Crystal Henry is a Marketing Strategy Specialist at Penn State, where she utilizes her 16 years of marketing experience to lead Extension Teams in the strategic planning process to develop educational products for the agricultural community. Crystal works one-on-one with the Assistant Director of Programs for her unit as well as Extension Educators to perform market analysis, develop marketing strategy and perform post-launch product analysis and recommendations on products. In addition, Crystal enjoys consulting with clients to define new potential target audiences and business development opportunities where they may exist.
Prior to Penn State, Crystal worked in the healthcare industry at Penn State Health and Home Instead Senior Care, where she developed strategic marketing plans for business development. Her work included pricing, business development, client relations, public relations, design, and budget planning.
Originally from Centre County, Crystal received her B.S. in Marketing/Communications from Clarion University in 2002. When Crystal is not working at Penn State Extension, you will find her running with her three dogs or trail-riding with her two horses.
