Jennifer Bair is an Art Director with the Agricultural Science's creative team. As an Art Director, Jen works closely with educators, staff, fellow designers, and copywriters to produce accessible marketing, educational, and training materials for both the College and Penn State Extension. Jen puts her years of experience to work both as a designer and as a mentor to the junior creatives on the team. Jen places a high value on learning new design trends and techniques and sharing them with her fellow creatives.
Before Penn State, Jen worked in the defense industry at Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems. Her work included creative design solutions for corporate-wide branding initiatives, tradeshows, and informational pieces.
Originally from Centre County, Jen received her B.F.A. in Graphic and Online Design from Lock Haven University in 2003. When Jen is not working at Penn State, you will find her spending time with her family and pets at their off-grid home and exploring nature with bikes, kayaks, and snowboards.
