Kelly Reese

Kelly Reese is a user experience specialist at Penn State, where she utilizes her 12 years of experience to improve the usability of the college's digital assets. Kelly works with internal stakeholder groups to define, develop, and maintain exceptional user experiences across multiple web-based platforms for the College of Agricultural Sciences and Penn State Extension. She assisted in implementing a user-centered design strategy encompassing user research, information architecture development, and interaction and visual design guidance in order to align user goals with the college's strategy and vision. In addition, Kelly creates high fidelity mockups to communicate user experience requirements and visual treatment recommendations to internal and external design partners.

Prior to coming to Penn State, Kelly worked in user experience and client services at Blackboard where she contributed to the development of digital tools for K-12 schools and higher education.

Kelly received a B.S. in Business Management from Grove City College in 2007.
