Student speakers are wanted for the annual College of Agricultural Sciences Scholarships and Awards Celebration. Speaking at the annual event in front of 350+ attendees is a great resume-builder.
The College of Agricultural Sciences Scholarships and Awards Celebration, which takes place annually each fall semester, is designed to recognize, thank, and honor scholarship and award donors. The 2022 event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15, 2022, and will be in-person at The Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel. We are looking for outstanding undergraduate and graduate student speakers to participate in the event.
Students from every academic program in the college and from any year of study, including both undergraduate and graduate, are encouraged to self-nominate. Students should meet the following criteria:
- be in good academic standing
- be a scholarship/award recipient for the 2022-23 academic year
- be able to speak in front of a large audience
- be a great representative of the college
