- Ireland HORT: Walking in the Footsteps of the Irish During the Irish Potato Famine
- Ireland SOILS: Co-Evolution of Land and Civilization
- Italy AN SC: Poultry Industry
- Scotland TURF: Turfgrass Management Practices
All courses meet this spring semester on campus, some travel over spring break and some travel after finals in May.
