Sometimes it's necessary to change who a phone is assigned to or change how the voicemail is managed. You may need to disconnect a phone as well. This How To should give you some guidance on what you need to do via ENCS.

Speed dial and call forwarding settings can be changed by you, the user. Changes for how the phone works or some buttons on the side car are changes that ENCS will have to make for you.
