Sometimes you don't have access to physical phone to check your voicemail messages. You can use the web to do so.
- Use the myvoip portal, logon if needed.
NOTE: As the page says, you will need to connect to Palo Alto GlobalProtect to use the page at home or from a non-PSU computer. - Click the Voice Mail button.
- Another tab may open. The Inbox should be showing and any voicemail messages are listed.
- Select the message to Play, Forward or Delete.
- When done, locate your userID at top right and choose Sign Out.
