Check your Cisco VoIP voicemail from the web

Sometimes you don't have access to physical phone to check your voicemail messages. You can use the web to do so.

  1. Use the myvoip portal, logon if needed.
    NOTE: As the page says, you will need to connect to Palo Alto GlobalProtect to use the page at home or from a non-PSU computer.
  2. Click the Voice Mail button.
  3. Another tab may open. The Inbox should be showing and any voicemail messages are listed.
  4. Select the message to Play, Forward or Delete.
  5. When done, locate your userID at top right and choose Sign Out.
