The Call Handler, Auto Attendant or Phone Tree that your office uses is managed by ENCS/Phone group at PSU.

You can submit a service request at the link below to have these changes completed.

Be sure to include:

  • your county
  • Ag Extension
  • your PSU UserID
  • the call handler/auto-attendant phone number

Please be sure to include details of the changes needed made, including name, userID and phone number for each change.

Once the request is submitted it will be assigned to someone on their team for provisioning/programming to complete the work.

Please note that this request is not immediate. There may be additional follow-up needed from Penn State. They will reach out via the incident or ticket created once your request is submitted.
