The Call Handler, Auto Attendant or Phone Tree that your office uses is managed by PSU Phone group or the Office365 Teams group at PSU. It is called an Auto Attendant in MS Teams.
You can submit a service request at the link below to request a new Auto Attendant or to have changes made to an existing Auto Attendant.
Be sure to include:
- your county or dept
- If a county, please include "Ag Extension" after your county name
- your PSU UserID
- the auto attendant phone number

- Choose the first option related to Teams.
- In the box provided, type out what you are requesting or what you need changes to. Please be sure to include details of the changes needed made, including name, user ID and phone number for each change.
- When you have entered all of the information, click Order Now at the bottom or at the right side.
Once the request is submitted, it will be assigned to someone on their team for provisioning/programming to complete the work.
Please note that this request is not immediate. There may be additional follow-up needed from Penn State. They will reach out via the incident or ticket created once your request is submitted.
