Stationery

All stationery, including all sizes of business cards, letterhead, and envelopes, must be ordered from Penn State Multimedia and Print Center, or MPC. Please discontinue use of stationery containing old brand marks. 

PowerPoint

PowerPoint templates have been designed for use by all extension personnel. These templates should be used for internal and external presentations, including events, workshops, and conferences. Please discontinue use of older templates.

Email Signature

Please review and update your email signature using the guidelines below. Using a common email signature style contributes to overall brand recognition and consistency for Penn State Extension. The boilerplate (last item on the lists) assists those unfamiliar with the brand in discovering who we are and what we do.

General guidelines

• If you identify pronouns, place them after your title in parentheses.
• Use system font Arial in size 12—14 point for accessibility.
• Keep your information in black; other colors are discouraged and may not meet accessibility standards.
• Do not use logos and other graphics. These do not render consistently and create brand dilution.

All Learn Now and marketing videos intended for public, college-wide, or University-wide audiences should be initiated with and created by the team. Work with your unit's marketing strategist to get your request submitted well before your intended use.
