Crop management
Ask experts about crop and variety selection, when to crop scout, and how much manure or fertilizer you should apply. Bring your favorite weed with you for the experts to identify.
Forage
Growing quality forages is key to raising productive and healthy cattle, sheep, goats, horses, and other livestock on your farm. The experts at Penn State and the PA Forage and Grassland Council will be on hand to answer your questions.

Sustainable Ag, PA Certified Organic and Organic Farming
All in one place now, there are more resources on Sustainable and Organic Farming in the J.D. Harrington Building (middle section by the hay display). Visit with experts from Penn State and PA on Sustainable Agriculture practices that you are doing on your farm or would like to do. No-till agriculture continues to gain new ground in Pennsylvania. Farming without tillage saves the soil, improves soil quality, and reduces energy inputs.

Visit PDA Nutrient Management and Penn State Ag and Environmental Center to find the latest information on nutrient management regulations and best practices.
A-Maze-N-Corn or a Sunflower Maze (TBD)
Up for some fun? Spend a few minutes -- or several hours-- wandering through the maze with your kids. This maze is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.
Environment and Water Resource Management
Learn from the Penn State Extension Resource Teams and Environmental Resource Science Management faculty, how to maintain a sustainable environment and manage resources responsibly.
