Show Grounds Open at 9:00 a.m. daily, Aug 13-15. Show Grounds Close - Tuesday at 5pm, Wednesday at 7pm, & Thursday at 4pm.

Bottled Water is available for purchase from food vendors. There are no water bottle filling stations available at this site.

The Information Booth is located at the top of the hill on Main Street and West 10th Streets. Visit us for general show and program information. Free programs are available from this booth as well as boxes located around the grounds.

Medical Services/First Aid Station are located in the white farmhouse (Headquarters) at Main and West 10th Streets. Emergency medical technicians and an ambulance are onsite during show hours.

  • To access emergency assistance, dial 911 or contact security/staff personnel on the grounds.
  • The nearest hospital is the Mount Nittany Medical Center, 1800 E. Park Ave., State College, PA 16801.

Accessibility Services of the Grounds

The show grounds are expansive with uneven terrain to traverse east to west on the gravel roads to cross the site. Main Street is paved with a significant incline to walk from north to south, providing access to most exhibit buildings and service facility.

  • Event management hosts courtesy golf carts that will be available behind the Headquarters (white farmhouse) at the Alumni Pavilion, on a first-come, first-serve basis for two-hour increments to applicants with a disability to use as mobility devices. These free carts are requested at the site on the day of arrival.
  • To pre-reserve a golf cart as a mobility device for a certain day, contact Jake's Golf Carts (717-899-6699) two weeks in advance for a prepaid rental reservation.
  • T&B Medical will have a limited supply of scooter rentals available onsite at their booth location on West 9th and Main Streets. To make pre-reservations for Scooters please contact T & B Medical at 888-950-0900 or 814-466-8736.
  • Individuals with disabilities or older attendees with physical limitations are allowed to bring their own carts or scooters as mobility devices. Use of 4-wheelers/ATV's are strongly discouraged except for individuals with disabilities that use these as their mobility devices. Driver's (18 years or older) must register them at the Information Booth, show driver's license along with proof of insurance.
    • Carts/ATV's Low gear use only and should avoid congestion of Main Street by traversing the grounds on perimeter. 

Portable toilets and hand-washing stations are located throughout the grounds. A baby-changing table is located in the Special Events Building Restroom.

Lost-and-found items are kept at the Information Booth.

ATM is located in the Ag Choice Building at the corner of Main and West 6th Streets.

Recycling: Use the blue recycling containers throughout the grounds to support Penn State's recycling efforts.

Rest Areas are located along Main Street at the corner of W. 3rd street, E. 8th street, E. 9th street, and W. 11th street.

Pets: are NOT permitted in University buildings or tents and will not be permitted at the show, unless they are certified Service Animals.
