Students are encouraged to self-nominate to be a speaker for the 2021 College of Agricultural Sciences Scholarships and Awards Celebration by completing form, which includes a request for video link. The celebration will be virtual again this year. Speaking at the annual event is a great resume-building opportunity!
The College of Agricultural Sciences Scholarships and Awards Celebration, which takes place annually in the fall, is designed to recognize, thank, and honor scholarship and award donors. The 2021 event will take place on Thursday, October 21, once again via a virtual format due to COVID-19 restrictions. We are looking for outstanding student speakers to participate in the event.
Students from every academic program in the college and from any year of study, including both undergraduate and graduate, are encouraged to self-nominate. Students should meet the following criteria:
- Be in good academic standing
- Be a scholarship/award recipient for the 2021-22 academic year
- Be able to speak in front of a large audience
- Be a great representative of the college
To self-nominate, complete the online form by August 31, 2021.
