Stress Management 101

Health Promotion and Wellness has created a short self-guided course to help you manage and reduce your stress. This course will help you:

  • develop your understanding of stress and how it impacts your life
  • identify your stressors
  • develop coping mechanisms, strategies and tools to manage your stress

Wellness Services

Want to get healthy and stay healthy? We offer free wellness services for Penn State students. These services help you learn new skills for developing healthy behaviors. We offer services for:

  • Healthy relationships and sexual health
  • Nutrition/healthy eating
  • Physical activity
  • Sleep
  • Stress (relaxation and time management)

Each service includes three 1-hour sessions with trained peer educators and HPW Staff. Students can schedule an appointment by filling out this questionnaire.

Well-being Wednesdays are offered as a series that walk you through the steps of identifying stressors and helps you practice skills to manage stress. Zoom link to all Well-being sessions: https://psu.zoom.us/j/96612592718

Yoga and Meditation Every Wednesday from 5:15 to 6:15 pm via Zoom. The class runs from Wednesday, July 1 to Wednesday, August 12. Zoom link: https://psu.zoom.us/s/95209330866
