The Student Engagement Network will be awarding grants of up to $3,000 to support student engagement experiences.

The Student Engagement Network has begun to accept grant program applications for the Fall 2019 semester.  The application period closes Friday, September 6th.

Examples include financial support to cover the costs of living (i.e. housing, food, transportation) for unpaid internships or research opportunities as well as supplies, materials, books, and/or software needed for projects, events, and presentations. Grant funding can also be used to compensate a student to work less hours in order to participate in a student club or organization on campus.

New requirement: Students will be required to identify a coach/supervisor for their engaged learning experience. The coach/supervisor will be asked to submit a letter of support for the student within the context of the engaged learning experience.
