Pottstown Area Garden Club intends to award a $1,000 scholarship in January 2021 to a qualified student who is attending an accredited college and majoring in horticulture, forestry, conservation, landscape architecture, plant pathology or any related field. College applicants must be residents of Berks, Chester, or Montgomery County, PA AND have graduated from Boyertown, John Paul II, Owen J. Roberts, Perkiomen Valley, Phoenixville, Pottsgrove, Pottstown, Spring-Ford, West-Mont Christian Academy, or Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center high schools.
Candidates should have strong academic records and the intent to pursue a career in a horticulture related field. If you meet these criteria, please consider applying for this scholarship.
Applicants need to complete:
- scholarship application form
- submit high school and college transcripts
- provide the additional information required on the application form
Deadline for receiving applications is November 1, 2020.
