Funding is available to help support updates to your club's or organization's display.
The Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) will help cost-share the development and enhancement of College of Ag Sciences collegiate club/student organization displays. The primary purpose of this initiative is to provide support to update club displays for Ag Day scheduled for April 10, 2019.
The cost-share initiative is as follows:
- OUE will cost-share up to $50 of expenses to enhance and update club/organization displays. The cost share will be split evenly up to $100 in expenses. If a club spends more than $100, OUE will only reimburse the max of $50.
- Expenses include poster board, displays, lettering, lamination, etc. OUE will not reimburse for promotional items, candy, and/or giveaways.
- Receipts (copies of receipts) will be required for reimbursement.
For reimbursement, clubs/organizations must contact Sheryl Flick (sal173@psu.edu ; 101 Ag Admin Building) by April 9, 2019.
Reimbursement will be in the form of a check made payable to the recognized Penn State club/organization.
Note: There are limited funds available for this initiative. Funds will be provided on a first come basis until they are exhausted.
