The course meets Mondays from 4:40 - 5:30 pm this semester through the end of March.
Highlights of the itinerary include sustainable agriculture and natural resources topics with a rain forest hike, visit to a Jaguar Rescue Center, the Ara Manzanillo Green Macaw project, the Nortico Cacao Farm, a coffee farm, and more.
