The Penn State Meat Science Club is hosting its first ever Smoked Turkey Sale right in time for the holiday season!

The Meat Science Club at Penn State welcomes you to our Smoked Turkey Sale, a fundraiser with a flavorful twist! Our club is relatively new and excited to dive into the world of meat science, catering to both undergraduate and graduate students here at Penn State. Our mission is to provide education and industry connections to our members.

In collaboration with Koch’s Turkey Farm, we proudly present our Smoked Turkey Sale. What sets this event apart is that our club members will collectively learn the art of curing and smoking these turkeys, making each one a labor of love. Your support is invaluable in helping our members gain industry experience and enabling us to embark on industry tours.

One turkey will be sold for a $55, or two for $100. There is a limited quantity of only 90 birds available, so get yours today! On the order form you must select a time slot for pickup. Either December 6th, from 2:30-6:00 PM or December 7th, from 4:00-7:00 PM.

Please bring your confirmation email with the Invoice Number to pick up your order!

If you need to change your pickup time, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-345-0691 (M-F, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM) to modify your registration.

On pickup day, please go to the Penn State Meats Laboratory at your selected time, show your confirmation email with the invoice number, and you will receive your bird(s)! Thank you for your support, and we can't wait to share our flavorful creations with you. Don't wait too long; these 90 turkeys won't last!
