Each semester, a series of free, drop-in Life Hacks workshops are provided to help students address needs and concerns that may be impacting academic progress or personal wellbeing. All sessions are open to all Penn State students and no appointment is necessary.

These sessions are held on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 4 - 5 pm in the Student Health Center. A schedule of Fall 2018 offerings and room location information can be found here.

CAPS (Counseling& Psychological Services) also provides online resources including self-help videos, anonymous mental health screenings, and activities that provide tools and information to help with the management of stress, anxiety, and depression.

For any mental health crisis, students can contact CAPS during regular business hours at 814-863-0395. There is also a 24/7 crisis line (1-877-229-6400) and text service (text "LIONS" to 741741). In emergency situations, call 911.
