Spaces are available for this new course titled Brewing and Malting Science in Europe.

The one credit course travels to Copenhagen over Spring Break. The trip will include visits to some very large Danish brewing facilities and brewing science research centers, as well as trips to smaller, boutique, and unusual breweries. In addition, you will tour companies representing industries that support the larger brewing industry in Denmark and beyond, and visit academic brewing science labs at the University of Copenhagen.
