Hosted by Matt Stumpf, College of Ag Sciences Director of Academic Advising, virtual drop-in hours will be held during the first week of class. During this time, drop-in appointments are limited to inquiries specific to Fall 2020 and will last approximately 10-15 minutes.

What topics pertain to Drop-In Hours?

  • Urgent questions that need addressed before the end of Drop/Add week
  • Adjustments to your schedule (adding, dropping, swapping courses)
  • Instructional Mode questions (in-person, mixed-mode, remote synchronous, remote asynchronous)
  • General Education questions

How will it work?

To participate, join from a PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android.

Be sure to log in to zoom using your PSU Access ID (xyz1234). You will enter a Zoom waiting room. Mr. Stumpf will meet with students on a first-come, first-served basis.

Time-sensitive questions will be addressed to the best of ability. Depending on appointment volumes, the waiting room may be closed for check in earlier than the stated hours.

What if I have additional types of questions?

For the following inquiries, please schedule an appointment with your assigned academic adviser:

  • Change of major considerations; especially those that would significantly impact your schedule.
  • Academic Warning holds on your registration
  • Discussion of minors that do not impact your fall schedule
  • Planning future semesters, beyond Fall 2020

For questions, please contact Mr. Stumpf.
