The World Food Prize Foundation welcomes students to register for FREE to participate virtually in the 2022 Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue, October 12-20, 2022.

Included in your free registration ($100 value) is access to all of the live-streamed events, as well as special networking opportunities with World Food Prize Laureates and global experts, professionals, and young leaders, like you, around the world.

This year’s theme Feeding a Fragile World focuses on overcoming pervasive shocks to the global food system. The triple threat of COVID, conflict, and climate demands addressing the multiple challenges the global food system faces now and in the future. The event will address scalable solutions for adaptation and mitigation to limit planetary warming below 1.5° C and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

The line-up is packed with more than 60 amazing speakers, 13 breakout sessions, and more than 25 side events for you to participate in, including the Radicle Inclusion Challenge, which will be making a $500,000 investment in two start-ups that will be chosen at the event. Students will have the opportunity to interact with World Food Prize Laureates and key global leaders such as USAID Administrator Samantha Power; Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation President Rodger Voorhies; Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture Director General Manuel Otero; and Ministers of Agriculture and the Environment from Asia, Africa, the Americas and Middle East.

Students may find more information about the speakers, round-table discussions, workshops, and side events on the virtual platform.
