AFA will host two student programs on the East Coast in 2020. In July, AFA is headed to Raleigh, North Carolina, for the AFA Crop Science Institute. Students will interact with crop sector leaders, explore area businesses and participate in training that will enhance their preparation to enter a career in agriculture.

In September, AFA will gather in Washington, D.C., for the AFA Policy Institute. This program will connect students to their legislative representatives and the policy process.

Applications for the AFA Crop Science Institute and AFA Policy Institute are due April 8. For more information, contact Career Services in the Office for Undergraduate Education.
