Seniors graduating in May, August, or December 2024 who are enrolled in a major offered by the College of Agricultural Sciences are invited to apply for the College of Agricultural Sciences Outstanding Senior Award sponsored by the Ag Alumni Society.
The Coaly Society is currently accepting applications for this year's College of Agricultural Sciences Outstanding Senior Award. This award is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, work experiences, and contributions to Penn State and to the College.
Applicants must:
- be enrolled in a major offered by the College of Agricultural Sciences
- have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30
- must submit a one or two page (maximum) resume outlining their educational, extracurricular, employment experiences, and honors/awards
- answer three application questions
- signed transcript release form
Applications due by noon on Friday, March 29, 2024.
A selection committee of industry and academic professionals will select finalists to be interviewed. This year's recipient will be named based on both application materials and the personal interview. The interviews are tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 1, by Zoom; this date may change slightly depending on availability of the judges.
