Seniors graduating in May, August, or December 2017 are invited to apply for the College of Agricultural Sciences Outstanding Senior Award by April 17. The winner will be honored at the Ag Alumni Society's graduation luncheon in May.

Coaly Society is currently accepting applications for this year's College of Agricultural Sciences Outstanding Senior Contest. This award is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, work experiences, and contributions to Penn State and our College. All applicants must be enrolled in a major offered by the College of Agricultural Sciences and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00. Applications may be picked up in 101 Ag Administration Building. You may also receive an application by emailing contest co-chairs Victoria Herr () or Katie McLaughlin ().

The deadline for applications is at noon on Monday, April 17. Applicants must submit a one or two page (maximum) resume outlining their educational, extracurricular, and employment experiences and honors/awards, answers to three questions, and a signed transcript release form. A selection committee comprised of three industry and academic professionals will select finalists to be interviewed. The interviews are tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April 20, 2017, and the recipient will be named based on both application materials and the personal interview. The College of Agricultural Sciences Alumni Society sponsors this award with the cooperation of Coaly Society. If you have questions, please feel free to email the co-chairs listed above.
