CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) now has three locations for students to meet with clinicians. Life Hacks workshops and online modules provide opportunities for wellness.

Students are now able to meet with Counseling and Psychological Services clinicians in the Student Health Center, Bank of America Building (3rd floor), and Allenway Building (downtown State College).

Each semester, a series of free Life Hacks workshops are provided to help students address needs and concerns that may be impacting academic progress or personal wellbeing. These sessions are held on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 4 - 5 pm in the Student Health Center.

CAPS also provides online resources including self-help videos, anonymous mental health screenings, and activities that provide tools and information to help with the management of stress, anxiety, and depression.

For any mental health crisis, students can contact CAPS during regular business hours at 814-863-0395. There is also a 24/7 crisis line (1-877-229-6400) and text service (text "LIONS" to 741741). In emergency situations, call 911.
