Looking for opportunities in the food system? Come to the Ross Student Farm to learn about all the work being done on campus!

Penn State students are invited to the Ross Student Farm on Wednesday, August 31 for a Campus Food Systems Kick-Off! The event will last from 5-7 pm and will give new and returning students a chance to see what kind of food system engagement opportunities await them on campus. There will be a meet and greet with several student organizations that focus on different aspects of food systems, tours of the Student Farm, and farm-fresh food. If you’re interested in food system topics like food waste, nutrition, sustainable agriculture, food justice or food insecurity, be sure to stop by the Campus Food Systems Kick-Off!

Blue event buses will run from 5-7 pm between the Curtin Road bus pull-off (by the Creamery) and the Ross Student Farm. Students can also walk or drive to the farm.
