Ag Springboard is a fun challenge that gives students real-world practice in pitching a solution. You'll learn how to pitch and how entrepreneurs think - all great ways to stand out to employers.
Student teams are forming now to pitch their ideas for solutions - new business or non-profit ventures in the ag sciences - at the Ag Springboard business pitch contest.
The best pitch wins $7,500 to Make It Happen.
Ag Springboard is a great opportunity for all students. If you don't have an idea, sign up to help out on a team. If you have an idea, you could win funding for it!
Students get one-on-one mentoring, help developing their pitches, and great feedback on their pitches.
You'll learn a lot, have fun -- and have a excellent experience to talk about during job interviews.
Ann Hoag, associate professor of communications and director of the Intercollege Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ENTI), explains here.
