Your club or organization is invited to participate in the Virtual Ag Live Tailgate hosted by the College of Agricultural Sciences Alumni Society to be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 (3 1/2 hours before kickoff, TBA).  

Benefits to your Club or Organization

The tailgate is a great opportunity for your club or organization to share information on your activities to alumni and to promote student and alumni engagement. You are encouraged to provide virtual club or organization fundraising.

Registration

Please register your student club or organization online at: Ag Live Tailgate, select Registration Fees, click on the Register button, and choose Student Club Display Rep from the drop down box in the Registration Type field.  One member of your student club or organization may register both representatives by using the Add Guest feature, if you are unsure of who will be attending your display please register as Guest 1 and Guest 2.  You can later modify your registration to include specific names or by contacting Lisa Grenoble in the Alumni Relations Office at 814-865-2717 or agalumni@psu.edu.  Representative names will need to be confirmed prior to the event. 

Virtual Display Materials

Student club or organization slides will be played throughout the virtual tailgate.  The slide should contain:

  • name of the club or organization
  • brief description of the club or organization
  • contact information
  • pictures of the club or organization in action
  • merchandise sales (maybe a QR code link to your website)

If your club or organization would like to share a display slide, please send your slide to agalumni@psu.edu on or before November 16, 2020 at 5 PM.
