Consider joining this dynamic organization to share your passion for agriculture and grow as a student leader while representing the College of Agricultural Sciences. Applications due by the March 12 deadline!
Advocates must:
- Be a full-time student in the College of Agricultural Sciences.
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Commit to at least one consecutive year of service (Fall/Spring Semester).
- Attend bi-weekly meetings Tuesday evenings from 5:00 – 6:00 PM.
- Commit to a minimum of two hours of service per week.
- Be dedicated to the development, facilitation, and support of Ag Day.
- Be willing to participate in evening and weekend activities.
- Be available and willing to travel to schools and other campuses during the week.
- Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, and knowledgeable.
- Be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and team responsibility.
- Be sincere in representing Penn State and the College of Agricultural Sciences.
- Attend the Fall 2023 Ag Advocate Retreat, currently anticipated for Saturday, August 26, 2023.
