Health Promotion and Wellness is offering a 4-week resilience workshop for students. Only 8 seats available for this in-person event.

This will be a fun and fast-paced crash course aimed at helping you increase your wellness, manage stress, and find balance. This student and staff collaboration will host a small group of students for 4 weeks. The meetings will include: meditation, reflection, and journaling. Our goal is for you to leave this program with research-backed strategies to help you grow towards a healthier and more resilient you. Click to reserve your spot no later than February 26th!
