Exhibitor Registration for the in person 2023 Show, Aug. 8-10 requires contracting, payment and providing current certificate of insurance. Information is provided to help returning exhibitors confirm their booth and new exhibitors to submit exhibitor applications for space assignments. Penn State Ag Progress Day's management will follow University and local guidelines for health and safety practices for large gatherings, that may apply at the time of the Show. Exhibitor Contracts and Forms

Contract for Exhibit Space-New Exhibitors

Please complete the contract below and submit for consideration of the Show Management to become and Ag Progress Days exhibitor. The application is subject to approval by The Pennsylvania State University (PSU) which reserves the right to interpret whether or not the proposed exhibit contributes to the objectives required for the show. The acceptance signature of the applicant signifies acceptance of the Rules and Regulations (stated on the back of the contract) and their agreement to meet all deadline and payment requirements.

Field Machinery Demonstrations or other Area Demonstrations

This year's Field Demonstrations are to be determined. Mandatory participants meeting on Monday before the show at 2:00 p.m. in the Special Events Building at the Ag Progress Days site. 

Drone Demonstration Area at 9am and 3pm daily at the Ag Farm Safety Demonstration Area on Demo Alley.

Small Equipment Demonstrations may be available at the end of W. 10th Street on Demo Alley

These opportunities require exhibitors submit information for prior approval.

Returning Exhibitor Online Registration

Secure and convenient online registration system for Returning Exhibitors. Available upon email notification to their company contact with their invitation to register using their unique password.

  • Returning Exhibitors:  Register Online to confirm their space reservation will be available Jan. 26.
  • Requesting notification by May 1, if you know you won't be retaining your space from last year's show or want to request a reassignment.

  • Create your "Exhibitor Profile" in order to help promote your company at the show.
  • Manage your records to correct contact information and upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
