Purchase advertising space in the Ag Progress Days official printed program to reach your target audience. We distribute over 6,000 color copies at the show and host the PDF document on the event website.

The following are specifications for advertisements. Color ads in Press-Quality PDF’s or JPEG’s at 300 ppi (pixels per inch).

$10,000 - Gold Sponsor 

• Company signage at 2 premier locations for the duration of the show, 3 preferred parking permits, 2 tickets for College of Ag Science’s luncheon. Logo banner placed as footer on interactive floorplan map at our event website, and multiple verbal mentions over the public address system. Your company logo displayed on our digital signs in Special Events Building and College Exhibit Buildings.

$5,000 - Show Sponsor 

• Company signage at 2 premier locations for the duration of the show, along with multiple verbal mentions over the public address system. Your company logo displayed on our digital signs in Special Events Building and College Exhibit Buildings.

$5,000 - Commemorative Benches 

• Sustainably-produced benches made from recycled plastic provide a seat for visitors at the Ag Progress Days site at Rock Springs. Honor a loved one, promote your business or organization, or support Penn State and Pennsylvania agriculture. Engraved plaque options are available. If interested in sponsoring a commemorative bench, please contact us with the information requested on the bench order form.

$1,500 - Field Demo Sponsor 

• Company signage at our field demonstrations or program activities for duration of show: Equine – Main Horse Arena or Field Equipment Demonstration Areas. Your company logo also displayed on our digital signs in Special Events Building and College Exhibit Buildings.

$1,000 - Government/Industry Sponsorship 

• Company recognition at College of Ag Sciences’ Luncheon where you are among government and industry representatives. Your company logo also displayed on our digital signs in the Special Events Building and other College Exhibit Buildings.

$500 - Day of Event Signage 

• Company banner/sign will be placed at one of 6 locations for the day of your choosing during Ag Progress Days. You provide a sized banner/sign appropriate for the area assigned for your company. Your company logo will also appear on our digital display panels in our College Exhibit Buildings.

  • Parking Areas – Signage with company logo viewable at 4 rows of the visitor parking
  • Courtesy Golf Carts - Placard with company logo on 2 courtesy carts
  • Tour Buses – Signage with company logo displayed on a bus or at the tour bus registration
  • Rest Area Tents - Banner/Sign with company logo displayed at the rest area tent
  • Meeting Rooms – Signage with company logo displayed in a meeting room
  • Farm Safety Demonstration Area- Banner with company logo displayed at the farm safety demonstration area
