A list of acceptable service providers are listed for your reference, as a certificate of insurance is on file with our office, they serviced our facility in the past and are familiar with the show grounds. Their presence on this list does not imply endorsement by Penn State's Ag Progress Days Office. There are no general services contractors on the site, so each exhibitor must secure their services in advance. All exhibitor subcontractors must meet the insurance requirements for our show.

Available Services Provided by the Facility
- Forklift service on first-come-first serve basis
- Loading dock and package pick-up areas
- Water, wash stations, toilets, phone and photocopier service
- Internet service for a fee
- Electricity per paid request and electrician onsite for box hook-ups
- Night-time police security on the grounds

Exhibitors may contact local providers for contracting of services such as: additional tables, chairs, tablecloths, tents, landscaping, power-washing or exhibit displays. The list provided does not imply endorsement nor recommendation by The Pennsylvania State University and may be updated upon receipt of approved certificate of insurance from vendors. Exhibitors wishing to have their vendors approved may submit the appropriate insurances and contact information.
