Dear Potential Exhibitor:

Thank you for your interest in Penn State's 2024 Ag Progress Day to be held August 13-15, 2024. The in-person show is held annually, for three days in August, at The Pennsylvania State University's Research Farms. The convenience of this facility, central to the agricultural community in Pennsylvania and surrounding states, continues to contribute to its success. In 2023, we had an estimated attendance of 44,000 people during the three days and hosted 419 exhibitors.

The show management reserves the right to determine whether a potential exhibitor contributes to this educational event. The following criteria would apply:

  • Exhibit or demonstrate farm machinery, equipment, animal, and plant materials with emphasis on showing improved methods in harvesting, handling, production, and utilization.
  • Over 51% of the products displayed are in production agriculture or related commodities.
  • Contribute educational resources and programs for agribusiness and related services.
  • Represent local, state and federal agencies serving the public and agricultural communities.

New exhibitor contracts are being accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis and placed on a waiting list. Therefore, a new exhibitor whose contract was received in March will be assigned a space before a new exhibitor whose contract was received in June. Renewing exhibitors are given space priority, so you will be notified of the available location no later than May 1, 2024. Please review the rules and regulations as outlined on the Exhibitor Contract Application. A valid certificate of liability insurance must be received to complete the exhibitor registration process.

To request a space for the 2024 Show, please submit the application for consideration. Questions? Feel free to contact the Ag Progress Days office at 814-865-2081 or agprogressdays@psu.edu to discuss your interests.

Respectfully,

Penn State's Ag Progress Days Office
