First preference shall be given to students who are participants in STEP. If no eligible students for the above-mentioned programs are identified in a particular academic year, then this endowment shall be used for scholarship support for undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the College of Agricultural Sciences, or successor academic unit, who have a demonstrated financial need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses.

Katherine Mabis McKenna Fellowship

Consideration for this fellowship shall be given to all full-time graduate students exhibiting academic excellence who are enrolled or planning to enroll in the College of Agricultural Sciences and whose area of study relates to the use of plants for environmental stewardship, especially in stream or watershed conservation. Keith Horn, Inc. Trustee Scholarship in the College of Agricultural Sciences

Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the College of Agricultural Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University who have a demonstrated financial need. First preference shall be given to students from the eligible pool who are majoring in Forest Ecosystem Management. Kim L. Masser Memorial Scholarship for the College of Agricultural Sciences

Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the College of Agricultural Sciences who have achieved a minimum 2.3 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and who are majoring or planning to major in Food Science, Plant Science, Agribusiness Management, or Biological Engineering, or who are minoring in Plant Pathology, Biological Engineering, Agricultural Systems Management, and/or Off-Road Equipment. First preference shall be given to students who graduated from the Tri-Valley Area High School in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania or successor high school. Second preference shall be given to students who graduated from Line Mountain High School in Herndon, Pennsylvania or the Upper Dauphin High School in Elizabethville, Pennsylvania or successor high schools. Third preference shall be given to students whose home address of residence is in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Fourth preference shall be given to students who graduated from a Pennsylvania high school. Students selected for the Kim L. Masser Memorial Scholarship shall be given the opportunity, but shall not be required, to apply for a potential co-operative experience or internship with Sterman Masser, Inc., and will receive first preference.

Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Penn State University Park who have a demonstrated financial need. The award shall be available to new or entering full-time or part-time adult learners who may be in degree, non-degree or provisional status.
