Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the College of Agricultural Sciences who have achieved a minimum 2.3 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and who are majoring or planning to major in Food Science, Plant Science, Agribusiness Management, or Biological Engineering, or who are minoring in Plant Pathology, Biological Engineering, Agricultural Systems Management, and/or Off-Road Equipment. First preference shall be given to students who graduated from the Tri-Valley Area High School in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania or successor high school. Second preference shall be given to students who graduated from Line Mountain High School in Herndon, Pennsylvania or the Upper Dauphin High School in Elizabethville, Pennsylvania or successor high schools. Third preference shall be given to students whose home address of residence is in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
