The process for a student to request a 3rd attempt in a course can be found in the Academic Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (AAPPM).

The form for this request ("Special Course Repeat Request form") is embedded inside the policy manual.

Students need to complete the form in a meeting with their academic advisor to complete the consultation component.

The student and advisor sign the form and send to the Associate Dean's office (101 Ag Adm) for consideration and the next step in the process.

When approved, the Associate Dean will submit the form to the Registrar's office to schedule the student in the course as noted on the form.
