Students for Cultivating Change (SCC) is sponsoring a poster contest! Any member of Penn State's students, staff, or faculty can submit a poster.

To assist in the branding of the organization and expanding our profile to others, Students for Cultivating Change is hosting a poster contest to strengthen the social fabric and further develop the queer community in the College of Agricultural Sciences. The theme will be “Show Your Colors in Agriculture.”  Not limited to the LBGTQIA+ community, the poster should demonstrate inclusivity across the College of Agricultural Sciences.

Who can enter:

  • Undergraduate students
  • Graduate students
  • Faculty
  • Staff

Poster Format Requirements:

  • 11" x 17" dimension
  • Resolution: 300 dpi in jpg form
  • One entry per person

Submissions need to include:

  • Your name
  • Major/department
  • Short paragraph about yourself

Email your completed poster to Students for Cultivating Change's Secretary, Emma Steely, at by due by February 25, 2022.

Note: The artwork(s) will need to be created by you and not infringe on copyright belonging to others (no stock art permitted).  Winners will give SCC exclusive license to reproduce the winning artwork for its intended purpose.  Participants must be 18+ years old OR provide a signed notice that a parent/guardian provides permission for entry and release of intellectual property as part of the contest.  By submitting your artwork(s) you agree to these terms and conditions.
