The study abroad awards application is open for global engagement activities for 2021.

Since study abroad opportunities are currently limited, a number of donors who provide funding for the Study Abroad Awards are allowing awards to be made for additional global activities including virtual or remote international internships, research, programs, and courses, domestic research or internships with an international focus, and virtual international entrepreneurial activities. These alternative experiences can also be counted toward INTAG Minor requirements if done for credit. Application is due March 15:

If you have questions about completing the application for an alternative international experience or if you are interested in participating in an experience but do not have one selected, contact Ketja Lingenfelter at for details.
